I just started feeding my two 14 week old kittens "Purina Cat Chow" should I stop feeding them this and feed them "Purina "Kitten" Chow" because I looked it over and It looks like the kitten one would be better but maybe they will be fine with this one. Why don't you find a diet that works for you? because eating to little could take your body into starvation mode and you wont lose anything. I been on my diet since Tuesday and this morning I had lost 4.6 pds! Yay for mee! =) You really need to find something that works for u!
