Which name for her...?

This is for a character in a story. She's only about fourteen, and she's one of the five main evil characters. She was recruited by a demon who turned her into a sort of powerful half-breed using his poison. She has dark brown, thick hair that falls a little longer than her shoulders, and she ties it up in a ponytail. She looks like she's only twelve, so she tends to get treated like she's younger than she is. She's fairly mature for her age. She's mostly obedient to her superiors, and rebellious and can be kind of rude to people who are not above her, even if they are older. The way she dresses is rather conservative, and she loves the color black. She has pale skin with a ter of freckles on her cheekbones, and she is 5'1, which adds to her look of being real young. She has chocolate brown eyes, but like any other person who uses magic in this story, she can make her eyes glow a sea blue-green and they always turn that color when she uses magic. She doesn't like that, so she tends to hide her eyes when this happens. One of the only things that makes her look her age is that her chest is rather full on her body, I would say a B cup. She's skinny, 103 lbs. She looks a lot like the pilgrim girl in The Sorcerer's Apprentice, except her chest is fuller and she obviously doesn't wear clothes from that time. Plus the freckles and everything. I really wanted to name her Valencia, because I thought that that was a really pretty name, but I didn't think that that sounded evil enough for her, so now I'm debating between Valencia and Valenxia. Both names are pronounced Val-N-C-uh. Also, I'm open to other names, but I really like those two. Which do you think?
