Is this food ok for my kittens?

I just started feeding my two 14 week old kittens "Purina Cat Chow" should I stop feeding them this and feed them "Purina "Kitten" Chow" because I looked it over and It looks like the kitten one would be better but maybe they will be fine with this one. So, should I feed them the kitten food or is it ok to feed them the cat food???
