How do I remove the Office 07 ribbon interface and go back to clic view?

I tried to look for a preference to change this, but couldn't find any. I want to revert back from the Office 07 UI to the Office 03 UI. I don't know how MS thought that this was an upgrade or enhancement. I can't even figure out how to change the font face of the labels on a Excel chart. Oh yeah, it'll allow me to make the labels looks jelly, or 3D, or drop shadowed; but I just want to change the font face and size! I hope Microsoft didn't earn any accolades for this new UI. They should be burned at the stake for this.
