I'm starting the Power 90 workout program this evening and was wondering what equipment I will need. I've read a pull up bar and dumb bells but I wasn't sure how heavy of dumb bells. This is not P90X, this is a different, less intense workout program for beginners, but still by Tony Horton. I'm new to exercising...I'm in a healthy weight range, I just would like to start working out to be even healthier. Thanks!
