I took and hiv oraquick test it came back reactive does that mean im hiv positive?

i took and oraquick test where they rub the gums in your mouth and it came back reactive... i was freaking out. so i left and went to another place they did the same test and it came back reactive to antibodies to hiv so im waiting to get my results to confirm... so this means im positive right? how accuate are those things?
