Week 12... Choose 1 WR to start as in the #2 spot(Andre Johnson is 1) Roddy White, Wes Welker, or Sidney Rice?

Wes Welker and its not even close... NE faces NO, that game is gonna be a shootout through the air all game, and since Randy Moss will probably be double covered, and Wes Welker has the most receptions in the league ( I believe), I'd go with him... You cant go wrong with Roddy White but hes not as consistant.
