Deployment, and a new job?

There are many distinctions and discriminations made between job applicants, and most are perfectly reasonable and legitimate. A current employee can't lose their job due to deployment, but I don't believe it's illegal discrimation at all to choose a more available candidate rather than you. ANd if you take the job without being upfront, I wouldn't think they'd be very happy with you.
