Does it rain a lot in San Francisco?

I'm planning to move (permanently) to San Francisco in a few weeks Bay area. I want to move because the weather here in Anaheim is bone-dry. In the winter it's 73-89 (sometimes 90+) degrees And when it's summer it goes about 91-113 degrees. And it rains 15-25 times a year. I was hoping San Francisco is atleast around 65-75 degrees in the winter; the colder the better. And other weather you guys might know please tell. I'm tired of this place.
