How can I have an affordable but awesome time in Vegas for my 21st?

I'm hopefully going next year with 4-5 of my friends, we live in AZ so we can drive and split the gas. What do you suggest we do in terms of hotels, clubs, etc. that wont completely deplete the wallet?
