My Son Licked A Little Bit Of The Pool Chemicals But Spit It Right Out, Will He Be Okay?!?

My son says he spit it out, but I'm afraid he didn't. Even then, it was only several (salt-like) grains on the table. After that he gargled water & spit it out. Will he be okay?! Or is there anything I must do? Please HELP! Thank You!
