***Non Muslims***- Why do you people have to confess your sins to priests!?

You are talking about Catholicism, and Catholics believe that the common man cannot talk directly to god, therefore they have to confess their sins to a preist (one who can talk to god) and do it that way. You, on the other hand, believe you can talk directly to god so you cut out the middle man.
