Quick and fast way to transfer old iTunes library to new PC?

Hi, I don't have a crossover cable and my old laptop has no working optical drive. I have no flash drive because it recently broke. I wish to transfer my entire iTunes library intact to my new PC. It has an ethernet NIC, however. I have an old router. Would I be able to use 2 standard cat5 ethernet cables between the router while it's offline to quickly send the stuff without me having to buy anything (I have tons of those cables)? If so, how. Thanks.
