Should McCain and Obama quote Bill Clinton?

One of the most enduring lines spoken by Bill Clinton was the infamous "I feel your pain." Now I consider it risky for other politicians to use. For example, Arnold Schwarzeneggar might get mocked in view of his alleged as saying "I feel your ______." Should Obama or McCain try using it, and what would they "feel?"
